Lovey is a concept and a prototype of a multisensorial device, result of an investigation on the material, emotional and technological properties of textile, in order to improve mental health.
With different textures, patterns and surfaces as well as visual animations and vibrations, Lovey works as a focus object. It overcomes the symptoms of an upcoming panic attack by stimulating the user’s senses and guiding their breathing rhythm, reducing hyperventilation and calming the body.
