A collection of eight woven textile samples designed for computer-controlled dobby looms, inspired by the Finnish word hipiä, meaning smooth and soft skin. The collection explores diverse materials, structures, and patterns to achieve a versatile and high-quality result. Through iterative experimentation, the project balanced aesthetics, tactility, and durability within the constraints of dobby loom design.
Key Outcome: A cohesive collection of woven textiles showcasing creative material and structural combinations, created by iterative design and technical exploration.
